Calls come in all the time and they use different numbers, this is NCO Financial (Capital One)out of Metairie, Louisiana and they claim to be calling about my credit card BUT, when I arranged to make payments for my credit card & contacted Capital One directly, they stressed that I send my payment directly to them NOT this company. And arrangements were made by me directly with Capital One. Please do NOT give these people any of your personal information. They will harrasse you to no ends. When I see an unknown number on my home phone NOW my cell phone I DO NOT ANSWER and they NEVER leave a message.They are rude crude and disgusting, I only spoke with them the first time they called about my card and that prompted me to call Capital One directly. A***n a Capital One rep stressed that I send my payments directly to the Capital One address on my bill.
