They've been calling me every 3 hours today for a total of 4 times so far. Curious to see if this continues through the night. Same message as what you guys reported. Says the IRS is filing a lawsuit a***nst me.
Yea I called him back and it was an Indian guy with a lot of noise in the background...I told him my name and asked who he was...He said IRS and then ***g up on me.
This is a very busy and loud call center that answers the phone with "this is the IRS" . The guy that answered was Indian so it may be a scam originating from overseas.
