They wanted to talk to me but I told them that I was her daughter Kimber Price than I asked him why did he want to talk to my mom he said it was about a Government Federal Grant I told him that they do not co tact by phone than he asked for my full name I never give out that info. Over the phone than he asked me for my phone number I laughed and said u just called my number than I ****ed up

They stated they were the IRS

I asked him if his mother was proud of his job

Not the IRS...

I have been called 2-3 times this week stating that I am guilty of tax fraud. Not true and I am told the IRS would never leave automated calls like this. We would at a minimum get a letter.

Tax scam

Claim to be an IRS Agent states I’m under investigation for tax fraud and the IRS has filed a lawsuit a***nst me. Sounds pretty convincing and threatening except I’ve actually been through a real audit before and I’m a Federal Auditor. Don’t be scammed!

Robo call SCAM claiming "final attempt to contact you" - we need to advise the IRS on this one.

Robocall for fraudulent taxes from the IRS, even though the IRS does not call you.

They actually left a message telling me that I owed taxes and would be violating the law if I ignored them. Luckily my caller ID said Scam Likely so I didn't answer the call, but you'd think that these people would realize that most cell phone companies try to warn their customers, and therefore they would give up.
