called at 8:36 this morning, did not leave a message.

Jesse just called me from this number.  I requested he remove my number from his calling list and he ***g up on me.  I called him back and he personally answered.  I a***n requested to be removed from the calling list and he transferred me to an****istant who said it would be done.  FYI

they called when i was a sleep at 9:59am called back and got put on hold never got off hold just ***g up

someone called me about some children for america or so****ing like that and freaked me out so i ***g up....

Caller called saying so****ing about movies for children, and wanted to send me a couple to watch. When I s****ed to tell him I wasn't interested, he ***g up without saying a word.

Called me at 7:54 pm. He talked to my wife but I over heard the whole converstaion. They spoke for a couple minutes and then my wife told him to **** on so I could speak with him. Then he ***g up promptly. Kinda odd. Leads to to belive it might be a scam of some sorts because he didn't want to speak with head of household. He talked about some alliance, maybe we should s**** an allince a***n a**holes making dumb calls! Anyone with me?

called my cell phone at 10:26am.  No voicemail

Called my cel phone at 9:26am.  Did not leave voice mail.

Guy called my cell phone.  When I answered, he said*****o and then nothing.  I asked who he was trying to call.  He said he was randomly calling numbers to give away free movie tickets to people in my area.  I stopped him and told him to not call back.

I got the call on my cell phone at 9:30am this morning at work. The call was from a company called "Kids first". I told him I was working and he said he would call back at a later time. I do not plan on answering the phone when he calls back.

I received a phone call at 9:15 am and the man was very pushy.  I told him I don't have kids at home when he mentioned "Kids First".  Then he said he wanted to send me appropriate films for my age group.  Then somehow we were disconnected when I told him I wasn;t interested.  I truly think he ***g up on me.

Called the number 505-989-8076 and got through someone at "Kids First".  She claims that they are a "research" firm hired by major Hollywood companies.  It appears that they are sending DVDs to willing parti****nts for review and feedback.  I told her that just receiving an unsolicited phone call put me off immediately... she offered to have my number removed from  her "list".  I told her that I am already on the national do not call registry, and she shouldn't be calling me in the first place.  She then went on to say, that since her organization is not for profit, the do not call registry does not apply in this case.  She was friendly enough, but it is most likely a total scam.

First off, I thought this was a phone scam and I remember about a year ago i heard on the news that cell phone companies are now s****ing to sell our number to outside companies.  That is what has happened folks.  Upset and outraged that I got a call from outside my calling aera from New Mexico,I called 505-247-1942 that showed up on my ID and got a busy signal.   I skipped all the information I could find on phone number.  First, I found out that the phone number "505-247-1942" is throught a company called " Qwest Corporation" who is a single bell operating company leading provider of voice, video, and data services across America and set to a company called Kids first.  Second, skipped it a company called Kids First (www.kidsfirst.org) 505-989-8076 and called and talked a girl named Lori.  She explained that the company "Kids First" hired an outside company out of New Mexico (telemarkers) who are tring to get people to learn about their company and children lite****.  She advised these calls are not a SCAM and this is a realy website.  She also advised, she has also recived thousand of calls in regards to this matter as well. SO THERE YOU HAVE IT FOLKS !!!   It's not a scam.  "Kids first" is a Coalition for Quality childrens media (CQCM),film festival and the kids first program evaluate and rate the best movies, videos, DVDs.  As yes, thank your cell phone provider for selling you number off to the telemarkers....These numbers are selected at random....

Had a caller call my cell from Kids First.  This is so annoying when they even call your cell

i got a call from this number tonight and when i told them i didnt feel comfortable giving them my number...they ***g up immediately. My brother received a call from this number as well.

In Idaho, received the call at 9:30 pm, didnt answer and didnt get a voice msg.

i was in washington dc with my class trip when i got the call,i didnt answer it cause i didnt know the number...the girl sitting behind me got a call from the same number.i tired calling it back when i got home and all i get is a busy signal...

Me and my mother received calls from this number and there was no message left.  We didn't answer because we didn't recognize the number. I googled the number and looks like it's a scam.

My Husband had a call from this number at 8:14 the other morning and then the next day I had the same number on my cell phone at 8:27 am. I just thought it was weird that the calls were almost exactly 24 hours apart. I dont know who it is but I want my name off their call list. I think it is some kind of phone scam.

Apparently is a ***nch of the Smart Television Alliance called Kids First.They are trying to get people to review dvds, but if you Google the number it is evident that all they are doing is aggravating a large number of cell phone users. Random dialing, calling before and after acceptable times... unfortunately I was unable to report this to the BBB online. I've spent enough time on them, I have no desire to waste a stamp as well.

Just got this call today.  I missed the call and searched it on Google.  I tried to call back and got a busy signal.  Weird.

When I answered, the caller said his name was Jesse from Kids First, but didn't say anything after that, and I ***g up. I don't put my cell phone number down for anything because I don't have many minutes, so I don't understand how someone that far away could have gotten my number.

Ok so I actually called "kids First" and I asked if they only like to contact people from ohio with altell phone numbers haha. And the womam said she has no idea how they get the numbers they hired a company to do it. Sounds like a bunch of **** to me! The number I called and got thru to was 505-989-8076 Just curious how they got my cell number along with my boyfriend and my bestfriend. Not to mention we all have differenct cell phone carriers....Just a little weird!

They've called two of my cell phones so far and both times said the same thing.  I and my husband told them to take us off their call lists.  We think they're scams and phishing.

Wanted to send me dvd's for kids. I asked how they got my cell number, he said they were dialing random numbers they put together. I don't buy that for a second. I see being in the do not call list really works!

They called and I never answer someone that I didn't give my number to and it is not listed either. they didn't leave a msg.

Called me 8:33 pm Eastern Time on 5/13/08. Did not leave a message. Number appeared in missed calls list.

I also got a call from this number. It was too early in the morning and I didn't answer or get a voicemail.

Call was from a company called "Kids first" that wanted to sent me two cds or dvds to review.

Called me at 9:14 Eastern Time (7:14 Mountain Time) on 5/1/2008.  Message noted, but nothing said.
