505-249-0252 phoned my mobile phone, I did not answer. The problem can be addressed by technology, we can demand this from our carriers or through legislation to force our carriers to do this. Also do not submit money to Phone Guru for a name. This service should be free.

Got a call and thought it could be a call I was waiting for. Answered and said "Hello?" a couple times before the call ended. Probably spam, shouldn't have answered!!

call came and had no clue who it was plus don't know anyone in NM. Google the telephone number and I ended up here. If this is a scam/spam there is only one way to fight this with little effort on your part ... Do Not Answer. simple :)

Well I thought it was my Dr. Answered--& lo and behold I had just won a trip to the Ba*****! yeah, right! But I had to answer a short survey!!! Looked up the number said Verizon Wireless, Albuquerque, NM. I ***g up!

Do not call registry is pretty much a joke. How are these calls still legal? Just because we are customers of one company doesn't give them the right to sell our info to others. Really annoys me to no end.

THOUGHT: For the first time ever I used a popular, established online job-***t service last night. I wonder if there's a chance that spammers ***t places like that for phone numbers?

Got a call from this number on my cellphone. Didn't recognize the area code, so I didn't pick up. When I got home I googled the number, and saw that they are spammers from New Mexico.

Fraudulent callers don't care about 'Do Not Call' lists. Those only work for legitimate law abiding businesses so, don't answer bc you know it's a scam! That's the only way to stop the fraud.

Just got a call from this number did not answer, they left no message, called it back since it said wireless caller on ID, got a message that it is a disconnected or c****ed phone number. seems to me if ppl are going to call you it should have to be from a legitimate phone number. Do Not Call does nothing. what a waste of time.

It's really unfortunate that the laws pertaining to protection of citizens a***nst telemarketing calls are so ineffective, and in fact, downright useless. DoNotCall is essentially non-operative. I don't know why it even exists. Nice idea but essentially as meaningful as screen doors on submarines. The way things are going, we as a society, are (unfortunately) going to have to do one of 2 things every single time we get a call from a number we don't recognize: 1) take the call and deal with it with ice water in your veins if the call was clearly unwanted, or 2) ignore it. Until and unless there are meaningful and painful penalties a***nst en***ies that engage in this intrusive practice, we are all going to have to accept that this is the new paradigm and that we have to learn to deal with it..........a***n, very unfortunate.

Called my cellphone, which surprised me. I didn't anwswer because I have been told that sometimes they are fishing to see if anyone answers and if they do - they sell that number to telemarketers (real or not) . If i don't recognize the number, I check here first.

We are getting more and more unsolicited calls and invading our privacy. When you do have a person on the line, they are rude and still unidentified.
