This caller didn't even wait for the message on the answering ma****e to finish so I only heard the person say so****ing about help or health, not sure which one then left this number, does anyone know who this is?

got this call last night 12/15/08. so****ing about a health service. when I try to call the number back to complain and get a name that I can report, I get a mailbox full message
