People scamming to rent a house! Facebook ad requesting $75.00/adult to apply to rent the house. FALSE!

I got the house rented thanks

They said they had a property for rent but said we couldn’t see it in person

Asked for money for an application fee $75/ per person. Asked for payment before getting an application. Searched info before proceeding with a CashApp or Zelle transaction as they requested. Asked for proof it was sent, when you receive money from either app you automatically get a receipt, in general odd. Anyways would like people to be vigilant.

scammers-scammed us out of few thousand dollars. claiming to have rental property and someone else was living in property we thought we rented! scammer! beware!
