A man claiming he was from the county clerk's office called saying I was being sued and had been served papers regarding court on may 31st. I told him I didnt live at that address and he gave this number to supposedly resolve the debt. I called and spoke a very rude woman who said to pay right now or I'll be forced to settle in court. I called the county clerk office and I have no pending cases

Said they were going to serve papers next week. If they couldn't I would be in contempt

So this is a debt collector. Her name is Alice white. She just called me saying she was looking for my sister. The phone number that popped up was my sister’s work number so she s****ed it. She said she was from her works “corporate office.” There were police officers at the corporate office waiting to serve her and if she didn’t call her back she was going to send them to her last work location. She was rude. Then she said her name was Alice White. If you get a call stating you are going to be served legal do***ents or looking for a person because officers are waiting at her location it’s just another way to scare ppl. If anyone knows how I can file a complaint a***nst her for disguising her number as my sisters work number do comment because she has done this but on different levels. Leaving my sister messages saying she was going to serve her legal do***ents if she didn’t call back.
