I dont answer the phone when they call but they have been calling my phone 2 to 3 times a day for over a month now. I just want the calls to stop. They s**** as early as 8am to as late as 9pm.

This number calls me on my mobile phone constantly. I never answer but it shows up on my caller id at least 5 times a day for the past week. Its getting annoying. Ugh!!!

these people keep calling me and asking for someone else. i told him i wasn't that person. they still keep calling me in the morning, at school, and when i get home. its really annoying and not cool at all. leave me the***** alone.

This idiot has s****ed to call me on a phone number that I do not use for any credit. and they have been calling all this week. I do not have any delinquency for many years no he is not legal. If he continues to call me I will sue him. Someone else has already done it in Georgia. The phone number is 505-761-6500 and he leaves another number to be called back (866) number. The company is Focus Receivables collections from Alburquerke, NM. Caller's name identify himself as JERRY - 866-918-2469 x1059. The phones always sound busy.

This phone number constantly is calling me during class, at home, in the mornings. All the time it is extremely annoying and they will not stop. I answered and told them they had the wrong number but they keep calling. The Number is (505) 761-6500

I have had it with w***ver is calling from this number- either it's automated, or some ****** keeps calling my cell phone, taking NO HINT at all, when I either **** up or do not answer. I registered my cell number at donotcall.gov- it may take a month to go into effect, if at all. I am absolutely ****ed.REGISTER AT DONOTCALL.GOV!!!

Very rude individual demanding we pay a bill that did not belong to our company.  We purchased the office from another company and the legal contract stated that all debt before signature be taken care of by those individuals.  This lady was extremely rude and would not listen to reason. She said she was calling for AT&T.

I received this call today, they left a recorded message, said I needed to contact Julie Lewis regarding a personal business matter, leaving a number to call of 866-918-2469. When i looked up that number, others have said it belongs to Focus Receivables, a collection company.

I didn't answer because it wasn't a familiar number. They left no message.

Focus Receivables is a collection agency engaging in inappropriate phone calls.  This is illegal.  Go to FCC web site and report the phone call, then block the number.  If they call a***n, report it a***n.  Do not call any of the numbers back.  Do not answer the phone if they call.  Simply report it.

They called my job number several times.

they called me stating that i owe them $300 and i dont even know who this company is and what did they do for me for me to pay them $300.

Very rude person who would not take he had the wrong number.  Threaten me with taking my house and car.

How do we report them to the FCC?  Do you have a contact name that is logging complaints?They call everyday and I've never retained them.I WILL BE REPORTING THEM TO THE ATTORNEY GENERAL OF NEW MEXICO.THANK YOU ALL FOR THERE IS STRENGTH IN NUMBERS COMING UP A***NST THEM.

Just received a call as the others noted above. Here's an idea: Send a Cease/Desist letter to the address for Focus Receivables. That should stop all contact. I also received this type of call from Leading Edge Recovery. I sent them a Cease/Desist letter and the calls stopped. The thing is, I am working with a debt settlement agency to settle my accounts, but these other people keep bugging me.

This number belongs to a collection agency, Focus Receivables. If you go to the Better Business Bureau, they have about 200 complaints filed over the last 18 months. That averages out to about one every other business day, and it takes time to file a complaint. Real s***bags. I know they buy bad debt from companies like Direct TV, try to collect on monies already paid. I've contacted Direct TV to tell them their relationship with Focus will prevent me from ever being a customer a***n.

have been receiving calls from this number since sept 21,2007... it is increasing the times i am called... hope someone catches this person...

this number has appeared on my phone many times, and finally left a message- really weird, too- of someone breathing for about a minute. absolutely no idea what this is !

A man phoned and said he was returning my call.  I don't know anyone in NM, so its a scam.  I just reported it to FCC.  I suggest everyone do the same.
