So sick of these calls, I used to get them a lot then they stopped. Now, it's every single day sometimes more than once. It's some ***king girl and sometimes its a guy. they know personal **** about my life that has happened that day...even when NO ONE ELSE KNOWS my personal stuff. I'm about to go to the police. There is no area code, no matter what you do you cannot ever call back. I researched this and its happening to a lot of people. If I ever figure out who is doing this....it's going to be hard to walk up stairs....with two busted knee caps!

I had gotten 5 creepy phone calls from this number in the past two days. I went online to research the number and saw somebody mention that the number spells private. Have you ever heard of putting *67 and then the number so it would appear private? That's what they are doing and why when you call back it says that the number has been disconnected. So don't worry, it's probably someone you know prank calling you.

DONT ANSWER THESE CALLSS !!! called me in January asking personal info, I asked their intentions and he threatened our lives, yelling obscenities. c****ed my mobile number. Its May and calls have begun a***n. Calls come in pairs once a day- with 5 to 10 minutes apart. I don't answer because I know not to accept the "no area code" calls anymore. Going on day 3 of repeated calls. Notified police and they don't seem to be concerned.

I recieved a call from this number, 774-8283, and the gentleman sound as he were from India with unclear intentions.

Calling over and over but just sounds like dead air. I've received about 5 calls over the past hour or so.

Has called me 5 times in 4 minutes. I answered twice and the line sounds dead. As soon as I say "hello" it disconnects. It disconnects so quickly it almost seems like it has to be a ma****e. This happened a few months ago as well.

This is a *67 number all the person is doing it dialing *67 then your number. It comes up as the 774-8283 number, that spells private. So, really it can be anyone prank calling you. Call you phone company they may be able to block private calls. My daughter was getting these calls a few times a day. Just random people with nothing to fulfill their lives...so sad.

Guy called me last night. Said he was with Presbyterian and that my results came in. Apparently I'm the new ****** Mary because he said I was pregnant. When I said that he cursed and I ***g up.

A couple months ago I got calls from this number then it stopped and it just s****ed a***n yes****ay. I've been either at practice or asleep when they call... I have tracked the number to the 505 area code specifically Albuquerque. On corona right behind my house.

Got a call this morning, about 9am, from this number. Male voice said he had received a call from my number and was calling back. Asked who I was and I ***g up.

Yes, I just received a call to my cell phone. Did not answer in time and a message was not left. I tried to call back and was told the number was disconnected. Had to power off my cell phone as the call would not disconnect.

They called me and left a voicemail saying that my phone has a virus with a weird voice, but I could tell it was fake.

This person left a voice mail on my phone, and my voice mail greeting ends with me saying, "Have a blessed day!" and this person said, "blessed day? What do you mean blessed day? That is so ***, you q***r." Very rude... If it happens a***n, I will report it to the police. You all should also...

I recived a call from this number, he said he was with some lottery company. I told him not to call this number a***n and he proceeded to cuss me out yelling obsenities.

This number called me a few weeks ago and acted as if they knew me. When I said I think you have the wrong number they began saying inappropriate things, so I ***g up. A week or so later they called a***n and began with a plethora of inappropriate comments a***n. I tried to wait it out but to no avail and then I ***g up. I tried to wait it out once more when they called a***n, where this time they weren't talking still with no luck so I ***g up. Now it's become a real problem because for the last two days they have called me incessantly. I don't answer the calls but they haven't stopped. I have about 35 missed calls, from all hours of the day and night. Whew! Sorry about the essay but this has gotten out of control and I'm not sure what to do

I just got a call from 774-8283 (no area code was displayed but I'm located in 505). A little research shows people in other area codes getting the same mysterious call, and the number 774-8283 maps to the word "PRIVATE" so it appears to be s****ed... probably not local. I'm not sure where the "Roswell correction department" suggestion came from but it's a red herring. I didn't answer the call since I didn't recognize the number. No voicemail was left. Sounds like w***ver this is is a real creep.

I'm not sure who this is. I answered it, and ***ody was on the other end. When I called back, it had a discontinuation notice. I think I'll research the local jails. If I find out those are the numbers, I'm going to make sure they know...someone is making random calls from there. Oh, no area code, but I'm****uming it's from my area code....the # was 774-8283

A man called me today asking for someone else, and asked me my name and they said they knew someone from the same city with my name. They kept calling me after I ***g up. Creepers

my husband called my cell phone (different area code) from our home land line (NOT 774-8283) Our home number is caller ID blocked. But the caller ID on my cell phone showed this number - without an area code.

I just got an obscene phone call from this number. When I asked who it was, he said his name was James. He initially spoke as if he knew me. I asked who he was trying to reach and tehn he began saying obscene things he wanted to do. I ***g up on him.

Received a call from this number at 6:30am saying that is my wake up call from "_________" (don't remember the name). I told him that I'm at work what is it I may help him with. The he yells, "kiss my**** b!+@9. PUNK

He said he was calling to apologize for inappropriate things he had said to me at a party. He said his name was "Dan". Creeper! How does he know my name and some of my friends names? NONE of us even know a Dan...
