it was a voice mail. they said bill had not been paid and service would be turned off. I called and they said hold for a rep. so I ***g up and checked with this site. Thanks.

Said it was PNM and they were going to shut off my power if I didn’t pay

They called saying my PNM account was going to be disconnected. When I informed them that I didn’t have a PNM account, they began telling me off.

Call was supposedly from PNM to shut off services. SPAM call

They called and said the account hadn’t been paid and someone was already****igned to this account to shut off service today at noon. They said they need payment with a bank account, not a credit/debit number. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR INFORMATION!!

said they are PNM and threatened a disconnect unless payment made. They said to choose option 2 or call back at that number. I ignored it and blocked the number.

I had the same call... did not call the recommended number. I live out of State with a NM phone number so you know this is spam!

Claims to be PNM for a disconnect. I don't even have my name on service. They give you a different number and notice they do not give you the address for the account. DONOT CALL THEM BACK AT THE NUMBER PROVIDED...it is a scam. If you are concerned about your account call the number on the actual PNM website.

They said they were from PNM billing. They were going to disconnect our electricity if we did not make an almost $500 payment. A couple of names given were managers, Larry Duhan , Josh Ramirez

An automated message claiming to be PNM calling about a disconnection due to non-payment.

Said they would disconnect service today for non payment. Not even a PMM customer!!!

They stated they were from PNM and were coming out to disconnect service today if we dont call back.

VM stated that my electric service would be disconnected today due to lack of payment. Their location is Albuquerque 87111. GPS location 35 degrees 4’51” N and 106 degrees 38’52”
