I simply not received that call on August 12 2009 at 9:00 o'clock pm. My caller ID did NOT show this number either. ICS sent the bill to my phone company which is Bell Ca***a, the cost: $18.96 taxes non included. I'm supposed to have accepted the call.  Bell tells me they have nothing to do with it, Bell is a messenger. How can I proove I have nothing to do with it too. Help!
