This is neither spam or scam. This is an ABQ based Verizon Technical Support specialist.
Just a follow up call. They were useless, as expected.
I agree with Michael. No scam, no spam. Just follow-up from VZW on my inquiry.
This number is Verizon Wireless.
Got a call from this number. No sound. No voicemail. I have Verizon Wireless. I always get random calls from some number shortly after(a day or two) I have called Verizon Wireless recently with a complaint or issue.

Received a call from Verizon in regards to an email I sent them on an incorrect charge on our bill. I did not get to the phone in time. Approximately 10 minutes later, I received an email from a Verizon customer service rep stating they had tried to reach me by phone. They followed the call with a detailed email. Good customer service for a c****e. Perhaps Verizon is attempting to improve...
It was triggered after I completed a verizon wireless customer service surveyApparently from the verizon perspective completing the survey en***les them to call you for follow up.
The phone number is from a customer service rep. from Verizon Wireless returning phone calls made regarding issues or questions about their wireless service.
This is Verizon Wireless. They were calling regarding a service call for loww coverage that they were checking. They call to the people who made the complaint regarding the issue.
