Did not refer to me by name but claimed I would be charged several ***dred dollars if I did not call another number. The phone was ***g up manually, not by a ma****e because I heard the fumble.

Asked if I wanted to except $3000 deposited to my account

Answered, man with a very strong southern accent asked for donations for a police fund. Told him no. Did not give any official-sounding info like location or use of funds. Though, he did know my name and asked it if was me who answered the phone.

Called. Left no message. Tried to call back twice and the line was busy

Blocked. Scam.

Knew me by my first name (somehow) and asked multiple times if I'd donate to the Rochester police force (or along those lines - was a little difficult to understand). Don't know how they would have my number I live about an hour from Rochester and haven't been there in years

The "fund raising center". If you call back you get an automated messsage with only two options. If you are not interested in donating press one or press two to end the call. Never says donate to what.
