This person is a phone scammer imposing as a hais stylist from Georgia. Says she inherited a Lexis in a family death but just makes false promises and verbal agreements. She even backs this up with fake locations in her area that she has seached out to make her overall plan look complete.But in the end she dissapears and vanishes on all her verbal agreements that she transcribed by legal text to the other person which makes a binding contract since she states that the agreed upon time to execute this agreement is at the time on the text. and at that time she states it begins. She is in violation ofFCC codes of breaking a contract without due cause. in this case she is guilty of obvious fraud.
