They keep sending me so****ing about a payment. I don't know who this is or if they are able to get in my bank account

It was a verification code from when I signed up for a settlement payment to be disbursed via one of the payment apps (PayPal, venmo, etc)

Your payment verification code is ****** Have got this message 6 different times since April 2024, no clue if it's a scam or phishing.

"Your payment verification code is ******" (X is numerical digits). This is a text message coming from payment selections (virtual Mastercard, Zelle, etc) of the settlement claim.
