They left a text that I was up for renewal on my medical card and that there was special pricing for renewal. I kept asking them what the special pricing was and they wouldn’t answer me. Finally, when someone did all they said is please let us know when you’re available to make an appointment. And I then asked a***n what is the special pricing before I make an appointment? Still no answer.

It said I can renew at a special price, but when I kept texting them back about those special price, they wouldn’t answer me. Gave me a generic answer about scheduling appointment and what would be a good time for me.
