This # showed up on my CID on 7/21/2010 It showed Unknown Name! I want them to stop calling!

I get a recording in SPANISH saying "HOLA, blah blah blah... CAPITOL ONE".  I never had a CC with them so don't know why they keep calling my **** house every morning and evening!

Its Capitol One. Collecting on a past due bill.I gave myself a bailout and stopped paying them after the first bank bailout. Yes they call 4-5 times a day but I save about 5 numbers to differnet names such as Barry Obama, Bill Ayers, Barney Frank, Barbara Boxer etc then I turn the ringer to silent on those numbers.If everyone does this we as Americans can CRUSH the credit card company's. Just be prepared to live Dave Ramsey style after you make this decision.

This number called my cell this morning.  I don't get why I'm getting harassing calls. I make a payment every month on time.  I'm recently out of work but still, my payment isn't due until after the first of the year and the several calls a day are already s****ing.

We get many, many calls like this every day.

Someone keeps calling from this # and leaving no message.

Once a***n calling my cell phone to annoy me...  GO AWAY!!!

capitol one... they keep harassing me and i have NO account with capitol one. when i actually spoke to someone, they asked me to verify my address, etc. i asked them to please tell me what they had on file for me and it was a completely different person. i was skeptical of this and said i would not give them any information. the guy on the other end got really awkward and asked if he could leave his phone number. i am really, really tired of getting calls all day from different phone numbers all capitol one.... if they leave a message it's "Linda calling with an exciting opportunity."  if i owe them money, they have sent NO bills and they have the wrong person.to Tired of the calls and anyone else: do not, DO NOT give out your entire SS# to anyone. EVER! your bank will not ask you for the whole number.

They call constantly during the day, and from different numbers, too.  They are harassing us to no end about being a month behind on bills.  We can't pay.  My husband was recently laid off, and we though we were being responsible by calling them immediately and asking them to work with us.  They refused and promptly s****ed harassing us for their money.  We've always been good about paying our bill before this, so I am stunned at their rudeness.  We will get things paid off when he finds employment a***n, and capital one can say goodbye to our business.

So I understand I owe money and I pay it on time.  My bill is not due until the 20th of the month and they s**** calling on the 1st of every month.  I dont get paid until the 10th and then promptly make my payment.  So for 10 days each month they annoy me night and day from all sorts of numbers.

Its CAPITOL ONE VISA. They will harass if you don't pay your bill.

Its CAPITOL ONE.  As I was just laid off and the work I is going to be non existent for well over a year and a half as its all going to India or Mexico with none coming in to the state of Oregon bankruptcy is the only answear.Thanks OBAMA whose STILL SITTING ON 3.9 BILLION of stimulus money that is to go for jobs.Capitol One outsources 97% of their jobs to INDIA.. IF you don't have these guys stay away from them and find a company who hires US ONLY.

Calling on Sunday!!!!!  Not behind on any payments.Why are they calling????

Not sure if it is Capital one, they called me 9am sunday morning, I spoke with them last week telling them that I am filing for Bankruptcy, they still call...........Yes they have also called from severl different #'s at very eary hours.

I am getting the calls too, the one time I did answer the person could barely speak english much less understand it. They've outsourced to another country, so what I did say the person could not understand what I said.

They called me and I called them back. Told them I have had this number since May 2007. Looking for someone names Lashawna. Told them my name and even gave them my SS# on the automated part and they said no records found... EXACTLY. Man said it would be 24 hours and the calls should stop.

If you don't have a capital one card, i'd suggest checking into your credit ... i got the ***-209-2334 # calling me now, and yes they've been using different #'s on me too, yes i need to pay them, and i expect their calls... until i can pay them though, i wont be anwering anyone that isn't listed in my phone :D  ****** ECONOMY! ahha... just kidding but i'd check your credit score to see if someones got a cc in your name... !

its not wrong.... you should expect calls if your bill goes unpaid. They are just doing their job. When we sign up for the cards they get our info ... they give us credit we give that "option" up.I'm not prea****g I get the calls too.... I just expect them. :)

They call all day long from different numbers.They even use individual peoples numbers.That seems wrong.
