Want medical billing/insurance Would not give a website to check.. the information they had did not match anything

I clicked the link and it went to a FedEx experience survey. I don't see Fedex spamming me like this but maybe they pay third parties to disseminate their surveys, and this third party is the one that spam texted me. I tried to have their server stop the texts by texting STOP but nothing happened so I blocked the caller from my phone
