I got this call often as well. Last week i finally pressed "9" to talk to this guy. he sent me an estimate via email. it listed no address (what kind of businessman puts no address on his estimates?). ***HOWEVER** his email address is [email protected] and the name of the company is FULLSERVICEENTERPRISES. i urge everyone, sign up this guys email address with every spam/survey on the internet and flood his inbox with junk mail. also set up phony appointments with the guy and waste his time. and fyi...the guy i spoke with was "Kevin" the same voice as the guy on the recorded call.

Man says he is Kevin, duct cleaning service.
