i have got the same phone calls and he told me that i was a creature after i ask him for the information and that i was going to call the police and the feds. And now there is the a women name maria jones calling with the same stuff. so be on the look out

I just received several calls from this number. I answered the second time and they asked for someone I did not know, so I responded "wrong number" and ***g up. They called two more times and then left a message asking me why I would not talk to them and whether or not there is a problem with my mouth...do I need a doctor to fix my mouth so that I can talk to them. Are you kidding me? I will not answer from this point on and I will do***ent the calls and report them.

I received a call from  Jason Smith saying that my husband was a criminal. He stated that he would press charges if I didin't the pay the amount of $300 plus $249 finance charges and late fees. He then transferred my call to a supervisor Roy Miller. They seem to have a lot of my husband information, and they even called his job.

I just s****ed receiving calls from this number 1 or 2 days before Thanksgiving. I don't answer calls from numbers I do not recognize. This person left me messages stating his/her name AAron Jones from New York Law and Enforcement Dept. That they are investigating me for Fraud and that if I don't respond I will be arrested. Some-one will come and pick me up. They wished me luck and said to have a Blessed Day. I had to listen to this message probably ten times before I could fully understand what was being said. I received about 10 missed calls from this number on the first day.Because I wouldn't answer the calls. What sounds like the same person has called and left more messages but has now c****ed name to Johnson. I did a reverse number search and showed it was a landline in MA not NY. And just like Julie Hay who also commented I had s****ed applying for payday loan- but c****ed my mind and closed out. Didnt sign agreement. Not to long after my computer got virus as well.

These people have been calling me for over a year, They will go a couple of months you hear nothing from them and then just when you think things are better it s****s a***n. I have filed complaints to the FTC and police and everone else i think can help and so far no help at all, Now they have s****ed calling me at my work and it's getting soo old!!!! He actually called me a criminal as well and the real criminal here is him!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been getting calls from someone named Richard.  He is very rude, wants to speak to my manager.  When I wouldn't let him, he called us both criminals. He even said that my parents are criminals too!! He made me very upset, and I am going to report him to the local police department here. He had all of my information, I feel he must have gotten it from online. I don't even recall getting a loan from this company.

CALLED WITH ss# SAYING A OWED MONEY FROM AN OLD PAYDAY LOAN. TH**** A FRAUD. USED NAMES RAY MILLER AND EDWARD

I am Mike's wife. This guy Haywood Lucas (INdian guy) called me on my work cell and told me that I needed to make good on a $739 debt to Cash Advance or he would turn me into the police for check fraud. I have a pay day loan but its with the company I work for and it is in good standing. I have never had a loan with Cash Advance. I also have not written a check in 11 years so immediately I knew this guy was full of it. He demanded my debit card information and rattled off my SS# and my address to me. It freaked me out because this guy had all my information. I thought someone had stolen my idenity and took out a loan in my name. I expressed my concern to him and asked him for the clients information ...name and phone number so I could find out more information on this account. It was then and only then did he s**** getting rude and insulting. He told me that I wasn't an American and I was a disgrace to my country (even though I am a veteran who fought for my country). He told me he would have my whole family locked up and that I deserved to be behind bars. We are s***... we are ***rants.. so on and so forth. After I laughed at him told him not to call me back and ***g up on him he proceeded to call me 40 times in 10 minutes from *** 348 4255. When I didnt answer he s****ed to call my husband a***n. I was so rattled by the fact this dude had my SS# I called the police and filed a report with them. Mesquite police department. Over the passed two days he has called my husband and I a total of 125 times. I was****ured by the investigating officer for Mesquite that this was a scam and this guys harrassment is unlawful. She told me to keep a good record of the calls (times and how often the phone calls occur) She even told me to record a call with them if I wish and keep any messages he leaves for me. The phone is in Chatham *****chusetts and is forwarded to India. There are several phone number this guy calls with *** 348 4255, *** 918 3190, 210 896 2365 1866 363 4134 210 896 2365Its kind of funny because sometimes he just calls and screams "SHUUUUUTTTTT UPPPPPP .......SHUUUUUTTT UPPPPP" Its total harassment. I have never seen a scammer that is so persistent but I think he truly believes if he bugs you enough or is frightening enough you might just be dumb enough to pay him. Please dont do it. That would be a very devestating mistake because if this guy gets your financial information he could very well take you for every dime you got. Call your local police department call the none emergency number and file a report. Keep track of every call you receive from this schmuck and record any calls you take from him making sure to state clearly "Do not call me (because legally ... he has to honor that or it is considered harassment and a legal and civil offense) Lets bring this foreign ******* DOWN who is trying to steal money from hardworking Americans right before Christmas

he called multiple times claiming my wife is a criminal, and said she was caught in a criminal act.  He was very rude and made threats to me and my wife.  I looked this number up and it is known as a fraud number. I try to call the number and i can never get connected and he is constantly ****ing up my and my wifes phone.  Some how he knows my name and cell # and knows my wifes SS #.  We owe money to no one and have already reported him and this # to police.  Why does the sickos come out to scam $ from people right before christmas.
