These clowns are still at it. They called me 2 weeks ago saying they are from “Central Investigations and Litigations”. This man went by the name of Oscar Smith and spoke with a heavy Indian or Arabic accent. This same person called me several times over the last two weeks and left the same exact voicemail, word for word, saying “this is a time-sensitive issue, there is a lawsuit a***nst me, and if I do not respond to this message my social security number would be blocked”. He had my social security number and other personal information, which is the scary part. He also had my bank account number but I c****ed banks. The calls stopped for a while but just yes****ay he called me a***n. While I am sure this is regarding a payday loan that he claims “I never paid back” , and I really have taken out payday loans, and some I was late on, however after making agreements with the creditor, and the creditor agreeing, I paid all my loans back. This person's plan is to trick my mind into thinking there is a loan I overlooked and never repaid it, but his trick will not work.

Recieved a call from Albert Johnson from Criminal Investigative Litiigation. Said I owe $793 for a payday loan company but said that he was in the main office in *****chusetts and they represent 33 compnaies.Another time I spoke with Alex Rodriguez who said the name of the company was Criminal Intelligence Litigation, same *** number. It's a scam. They got me for $226 and my bank notified me that the company was a comapany named Binish Inc and THEY ARE SCAM!!!DON'T SEND THEM YOUR MONEY, YOUR BANK INFO!!!SACM!! SCAM!!

Those clowns have been calling me all weekend. One person by the name of "Oscar Smith" who has a heavy foreign accent left the same exact voicemail, word for word, on my cell phone several times. He says there is a lawsuit a***nst me and this is an extremely time-sensative matter and I would be in a legal mess if I did not return the call. He also said my social security number would be blocked..how can someone block a SS #? What a bunch of poppy****! He did not say exactly what this lawsuit was about and I received NOTHING by mailI am not falling for their scam nor am I going to return the call. I figured responding to the call would throw gas on the fire. I have them on call reject now.

I got the same call from Oscar Smith.  heavy accent.  not sure what the original lender was just stated that "cash transfer" handles 35-50 cash advance companies and that I had not paid a payday loan.  but they could not tell me the original owner.  he was persistant to get my card number in order to make a payment, even though I didn't have to tell him when i could make a payment..i told him i would call him back.  asked to get an email or so****ing in writing regarding the issue and they could not to it.

I have been contacted by these people and have been threatened that I would be arrested for check fraud and would have to handle through the courts.  When I asked them to send me some paperwork on the bill, they couldn't do it.

I just got a call from these clowns, too. Well, first I made the ****** mistake of  answering my cell phone when an unfamiliar number showed up on my caller ID..but when I answered this man with a heavy foreign accent, sounding Indian or Arabic, went by the name of Oscar Smith and said that he working with some litigation department and is conducting some sort of investigation and said there is a “lawsuit a***nst my social security number” (that makes no sense) and then he told me to hold on while he transferred me to his supervisor. I ***g up right away then put my phone on silent. He called back immediately but I ignored the phone..he left no voicemail.

Someone from this number called my work phone said he name was Daniel and left a a message on my phone saying that i commited fraud and that they will be sending police to my job. I called the number and they claim to be some investigation company however what they are supposedly investigating were unable to give me any information about

so called Oscar Smith is a heavy accented **** that claims to be from central investigations and threatens to have police go to your place of work if you dont call him back and pay him. Also calls others and says you commited fraud and wants them to have you call him. He has your personal info including bank info, drivers license, and ss#.

***3880840, has called 8 times in 2 hours, leaving messages that this a an investigation for committing fraud. Very heavy accented, and if you do answer they have your personal info but won't send an email or any other verification in mail.

yeah same **** called me too, said so****ing about investigation and fraud, if they call my employer than THEY will be investigated for fraudualant claims at a government facility, lol, the jokes on them. And why are these idiots that can't even speak enough english to pass a driving test calling my number. Who is the idiot letting this info out. I'm reporting the number to police and have it traced back to them. If they think that not being an American citizen will prevent the police and FBI they will be surprised. Americans aren't as ****** as you think!

Someone by the name of Oscar Smith called my home and work stating that they were investigating me for fruad and were investigating it and when I asked them about the information they could not provide any details and could not spek english very well
