called my number....I try to return call....busy....I consider it a spam

Just got a call, then they ***g up. I'm glad I googled this number afterwards.

They have just called me telling me they were from Card Members Services and because of my wonderful payment history I was about to get a very low interest rate.

Spammer, said they would lower my interest rate on my credit card... (They don't tell you which one). They do have records of credit cards (your card type and issuer), but do not trust them -- they will not identify their business name

Got a call from this number saying that time to lower my interest rate (on an unnamed credit card) was running out. They asked for my credit card number; when I asked "which one?" They could not even give me the carrier of the credit card they were trying to lower the interest rate on. Then the call was disconnected. I tried to call back and got a busy signal. DO NOT give any information to people calling form this number. Red flags are screaming out here!!!!!!
