TEl # ***-463-3018 Called my 2 home numbers at the same time, and were very harassing When asked who this was on the telephone, they answered DCS and mumbled and kept asking for information, when asked how they got my tel number the one caller ***g up. the other caller continued to harass my wife, until I told her to **** up The company is called "TSS," and is based in India, as you can tell from their website: ht­tp://www.total­softsolutions.­co.in/Contact%­20Us.htm I e-mailed their contact and cc'd [email protected]

Called and my teen age son gave the info they asked. Do we have a security system? Do we have a smoke detector included with that? What are we most afraid of , robbery or fire? Funny thing is, they called on my second number also , like a previous poster said. I'm unlisted. Also, I just had an alarm system put in and its a GE ***nd, but through a certain company. I"VE HAD SO MANY PROBLEMS AS THEY HIRED A DIFFERENT INSTALLATION COMPANY TO PUT THE ALARM IN, SO ITS LIKE CALLING ADT AND THEY HIRE SOME OTHER FIRM TO INSTALL THE ALARM. SO NOW IT'S 9 MONTHS LATER, AND MOST OF THE ALARM THAT THEY INSTALLED DOESN'T WORK. THEY SAID I HAVE 2 WAY VOICE INCASE SOMEONE ***KES IN AND I YELL FOR HELP, THEY CAN HEAR ME,,WELL, NOPE, THEY CAN'T. THEY TOLD ME I HAVE MOTION DETECTORS, BUT NOPE, I DON'T. I HAVE ALL THESE BOXES INSTALLED IN MY WALLS AND THEY ARE JUST FAKE. THE ALARM COMPANY ITSELF IS COMING BACK TO CORRECT THE PROBLEMS THAT THE INSTALLATION COMPANY DID. I'M ASKING FOR A PRO RATED REIMBUR*****T AS I'VE BEEN PAYING FOR SERVICES THAT I'VE NEVER HAD. BEWARE, SHOULD HAVE STAYED WITH ADT, BUT THIS WAS A COME-ON AS THEY OFFERED THAT 2 WAY VOICE AND A REMOTE TO SHUT THE ALARM OFF. PROBABLY SO****ING TO DO WITH THAT INSTALLATION COMPANY

this number called, left no message but the ODD thing is I have three phone lines. Get this...all three lines, were called from this number...AT THE SAME TIME! How did they do this? Who are these people!!!? I have call select and will block this. IT is too weird to be happening. GE of course is bought and paid for by the Obama administration­. They backed him with HUGE funds, with obvious expectations. They also own NBC which is why the news covers nothing that is really going on. MY advise...do *57 right after they call and submit them immediately into the criminal line at verizon.

The lady with an Indonesian accent said Congratulation­s, we won and were qualified to receive a free installation of a G.E. Security System. I told the lady I have a S.W. Security System. She kept rambling about I won a G.E. Security System. I stopped her and said, I have a Smith & Wesson 22, 38, 357, 45, 9mm, 40, 500 and a 223 with 2 Pit Bulls, 1 Rottweiler, and a cat. I told her it is a S&W Security System. She said that their G.E. Security Systems are probably the best on the market today. I asked her if her system comes with a gun? She finally ***g up.

Guy said he was calling from GE ("you know, ma'am.. General Electric?") Said our phone number had been selected to win a free home security system from GE. I ***g up. Called the number back, goes right to voicemail, no outgoing message, and it says "the mailbox is full"

i answered and it was an indian voice asking me survey questions...

Caller with Indian accent said name was Kim, She said not a sales call just a survey. How many smoke detectors? How often c****e batteries? Fire extinguisher number? What concerns I have, fire or smoke?She iknew my name and I told her she had reached a fire house.

I've read all the comments and I have the same thing to report.  They call. Don't leave a message and then when you call them back - they don't answer - it goes to a full voice mail box.

keeps calling, have caller ID so don't ans. Lost track of how many times they call.    Lots.      Looked the # up on this site, found the comments.  I have been on the do not call list for yrs, & refresh it from time to time.

Recieved this call Jan 5, 2010 and a thick Mid Eastern acent asking me if I own a home, then what kind of fire exting and fire alarms.  ***g up on them.  Tried to call them back and the "voice mail box is full and can't take any more messages".  Hmmm, yea.

Will not remove me from their list.  I am on Do Not call registry.  They call at least once a week asking about fire alarms and smoke detectors. When you ask them questions they will not answer and continue to call.  Tried calling number back, however, it appears to be sham number that is being reported on caller ID.

As an update to my previous post, I just called the Attleboro, MA police dept. & gave them a heads-up as well, & they now have this number on file. I also received a call from this "company" from a Rhode Island number of 401-401-4014 (probably just a bogus set of repeating numbers they made up) & reported it to the Bristol, RI police dept., but they were not at all interested or helpful. They jsut said to report it to my local police station, which I obviously already did.  Your best bet...call the local Attleboro, MA police dept.(***) 223-2224  & report them - they are at least interested in helping & now have the number on file.

I've received 3 calls from this "company" in the last month. When I wouldn't give the man my name he s****ed yelling over the phone "Are you ******!  Are you ******!".  I just reported them to our local police station & they are now aware of the situation. I have also contacted all of our local news stations & the BBB. If everyone who has received these calls does the same, then hopefully this will get resolved even quicker.

12-30-09 rec'd call @ 2:20p from ***-463-3018, after hearing the begining of a sales call from a man with a heavy India'n accent, I said thank you & ***g up on him. Then looked up the number here & found all the other complaints, will keep U posted if he calls a***n.

so sick of these calls!!! why do these people get around the do not call list! i do not answer anymore but still a nuisance...what do we have to do to get them to stop calling!!!!!i pay a phone bill for friends and family to call!!!!

I asked to speak to a supervisor and the man would not let me.  I asked him not to call me a***n and he said he was going to call me a***n and a***n.  He would not take now for an answer.  He was doing a survey about smoke detecters.

Man with heavy accent called 12-29-09, my daughter answered.  He asked questions about television, fire extinguishers, etc.  He identified my wife by name. We are of course on a DNC list. She was taken back and asked who he was.  He gave name of Alan Simms, said not to **** up, "he was her friend", he "admired her voice".  She ***g up at that point.  I did not pay for reverse call lookup, but initially said call was from a Bristol, MA address.  I am relieved a bit to find this was not just about us, but would like to know how to investigate.  Maybe I will call Bristol MA police.

Caller sounded foreign (Indian?). Couldn't even hear what he was asking, there was so much noise in the background. Figured it was phony and ***g up.

they call constantly ..I say we are on do npt call list and tell them to remove us from their list...and they just **** up. Calling our police dept to report them as making harassing phone calls...suggest others do the same!

Annoying Calls

12-28-2009 11:21 AM, called and I answered, then was ***g up on. Our number is on the do not call registry.

Called here after 8PM day after Christmas,taking a survey about fire extinguishers and fire alarms.  We refused to give info.

Apparently, they didn't get the message, Mike. I received a call from the same number on Christmas Eve at 9PM, but it was a female Indian voice. Sure wishh the Federal trade Commission would get with the program and s**** prosecuting these deadbeats. Till that happens, we'll all keep receiving these nusance calls, and venting our anger on complaint boards like these.

A man called on Christmas Even, was a foreigner and sounded like Indonesian.  He wanted to know if we had a security system, smoke alarms and fire extinguishers.  I asked what this call was about, he said a survey, and I ***g up.  I was concerned with the wanting to know if we had a security system.  What a good way to find out if the coast is clear!

Thick Indian accent asked my elderly mother a lot of questions about fire extinguishers and fire alarms.  Asked her first name, etc.  We are on the National Do Not Call List but it sounds like they fall under the "survey" type.  ENOUGH ALREADY.

Said they were taking a survey, asking if I had smoke detectors. I said none of your business!

Called asking questions about fire safety. Asked about interest in a life saving system. Said I might be entered to win one. Loud call center noise in background.

Called at 9:12 p.m. local time and asked about 5 yes or no questions regarding smoke detectors and fire extinguishers in my home.

Calls often and would not remove me from their calling list.
