Tried to get my social security number without explaining why. Sounds too fishy. I don't trust it. They refused to give me any information and ***g up on me. Poor customer service such as that (over and over a***n) leads me to believe they are just getting credit card information to steal people's iden***ies.

All female employees at the call center; everyone one of which claimed they could not give me information about their business without first collecting my FULL NAME, D.O.B., and my SS#. I looked them up online and their website says they are a collection agency. None of the receptionists could verify that for me over their "recorded" lines. I have contacted my local FBI ***nch.

"Collection Agency" that won't confirm or deny they are a collection agency. Sounds like spam.
