Unwanted phone call

I also received a call from a "Scott Ames" But he left the number ***-553-1933. When I researched his name and town(which I happened to know because I live in the town with that exc****e) I found this site. I also made a report on that number here as well.He called looking for my mother and was extremely rude and acted like it was very serious. I asked him what it was about and he said, "is this(my name)?" I got totally freaked out because it seemed like he knew my family and I thought it was a serious matter.Who knows? It could have been the police!When I saw this site even though the number was a little different I knew it was this credit company. It was too coincidental and the name fit and the number was very close to the "other Scott Ames" I found a few posts down from mine right here.I called them back and of course his line was "busy" so another man tried to help me but before he could speak I ranted for a minute about my treatment and their company and told him to "stick it up his a**".I'm pretty ticked off and am going to try to find a way to complain.Oh, and coincidentally less than 2 minutes later I received 3 phone calls in a row from a "private number". I didn't answer and they didn't leave a message.HARRASSMENT. Crazy s*** ****ing ****s.

My complaint to to Atty General Office:This company has been harassing me for a month, even though I have an amicable payment arrangment with Newton Wellelesly Orthopedics for my 23 year-old son's $250 remainder of a bill that exceeded $60,000 from surgery in Feb. 2009, for which I will be responsible. The company refuses to communicate with the surgeon even though I explained the payment arrangement, but instead makes threating phone calls including intimidation, yelling and fear tactics that my arrangement is not acceptable. IMAGINE??? Newton Wellelesly Orthopedics contacted them and told them not to call me, but they will not comply. At first I thought it was a crank call as "Scott Ames" sounded so insane, that I didn't think he could possibly be for real. I have perfect credit and have never experienced such behavior from all of my dealings in 53 years. This company made me feel that they will break my legs if I don't comply with their illegal tactics. It's shocking with all of the complaints that I have read on the internet, that they are able to continue to operate in the state of *****chusetts. I can't imagine the damage they are capable of causing elderly or injured human beings like my poor son, who had not been able to walk for months. Please do so****ing about these inhumane crooks. And shame on Newton Wellesley Orthopedics!

CRS is calling my son who is away at college...i asked who was calling...what company and liz...the person from CRS...said it was a secret and she wasnt going to tell me. i called back and found out. then i had my son call her back...she did not return the call...i called them saying i want to have this issue resolved and the man would not give his name and went into a litany of attacks and then ***g up on me. so much for wanting to collect money....actually i truly dont think there is anything owed here....they are only harrassers.

This Company has to be the rudest of all people I have ever talked to. First of all they called my parents who are in their 80's about my ex husband .I have been divorced for over 20 years. Left the message on their answering ma****e, my Mom called me all worked up so I called the number . The person Jennifer who is suppose to be the "owner" aka manager was arrogant and rude and threatened me that she was noting my phone number and I need to stop calling. Well maybe they should listen to their own messages and STOP harassing people who have nothing to do with the party they are trying to contact. I still have a good mind to try and file a complaint a***nst them for the upset they brought to my parents.

Isabella from Capital Recovery Systems, Franklin, Ma contacted a relative and asked if they were related to me.  He contact me and told me about the phone call he received. How dare they someone in my family for a bill that was my ex-wife's responsibility. I am going to contact the Attorney General's office and anyone else that I can find to stop this harrassment!!!!!!!

why dont you just pay money you legitimately owe? thats one way to stop getting collections calls. but.. i guess if youre all debtors, thats the last thing you think of, hah.

***!  I'm SOOOOO glad I read all this, In the past week I got THREE calls frm this guy (Scott Morrison I think it was) leaving the SAME messages "serious matter, call us back today" --- but the phone call is for my sister who I haven't talked to in years ....what the heck?  I'm taking Cemarie's advice above, enough of this stuff...I'm glad I'm not the only one this is happening to!

These people at CR Systems had the audacity to call my EX Brother-In-Law and left a message on their ma****e that I need to call them (CR Systems)asap about a very important matter. I called and asked the guy there how he got his number and they wouldn't tell me. All he kept saying was that I owed money to their client. When I asked what was next? calling my neighbors? and he said "probably". That's when I ***g up. I'm so furious right now I'm shaking. Of course it's 7pm and I can't make any calls to the Attorney General's office, so now I'll have to go through all this a***n tomorrow!

I received two phone calls in two days (4/23/09 and 4/24/09). His name was Ted Wolf, CR Systems,Plainville MA, 866 553-1950. He was looking for a person with my last name but first name was not mine. He said it was very important and that his reference tel.# was mine. I told him he had the wrong person and what exactly was he looking for. He replied he was in the pre-litigation dept (?) and could not tell me any details but it was very important. I don't owe money, have no mortgage and am a senior citizen and had no idea what this was all about. I'm very glad I looked this up and read the above accounts of calls from this company. The Atty General should look into this.

Message left on my cell phone. Returned the call and was in contact with Ron Bates. Trying to collect on a debt incurred by ex-wife from 10 years ago that i was not responsible for. This man ranks as the most arrogant, cruel, indecent sub-human i've ever conversed with. After this post, i'll research every avenue out there to report him and CR Systems to every agency i can file with. Predator is one of many adjectives that can be used to describe this person.

This people is contacting my office and my landlord in order to get in contact with a person that has my brother's name. I talked to my attorney and she told me to mail them a certified letter and to put a complaint in FTC.gov but couldn't get any company info.

The rudest person I have ever had the displeasure of speaking too. "Ethan" left messages harrassing me about a serious business matter,but never saying what it was.

They are a collection agency and will go to the lowest levels - leaving messsages on your voice ma****e - very concerning/alarming messages - to get you to call them back. I received a call from Kim yes****ay all for 70 dollars.I am in the process of filing a complaint with the Attorney Gernerals office.You should do the same. They use the lowest level tactics to get you to call them back.

I got an e-mAIL from my mother saying a "Tara" had called my brother in Texas looking for me. The odd thing is that I haven't talked to my brother in over 5 years nor do I know his address or phone number....nothing wrong..just not that close to my family. I guess they had called her as well. It was the "866-553-1950" number.
