Bill collection agency looking for someone that doesn't live here then gives me at***ude when I say take this number off the call list

1 800 232 2358.. A.R.S. Services. What an a**.. Just called back! Asked say's on ma****e "I don't know if we got disconnected or what?" What a ****** to call like this on Christmas eve and to be so indignant as a CSR person to call me back--after I told him to take me off the list.

Just got a call--on Christmas EVE! Told the guy to take my name off the list, then ***g up. What happens?--He calls right back.

I keep on getting these calls at different times on my caller ID but they won't leave any message on my answering ma****e

Constant calls from this number and they DO NOT LEAVE MESSAGE.  Calls come in at all hours of the day and evening...

They call every day several times a day.  When I answer there is never anyone there.  I tried to redial but always get a busy signal.  Too costly to block but it is sure annoying.

Collection Agency, won't leave any info on message ma****e, came up as a local number as out of area.

I received call from this number tonight. They asked fro my daughter and I insisted he tell me who he is. Said wa Eric but "becuase of security " he did not wish to give his name. Also said "federal laws dont allow me to give out the name of the company I represent" . He said it was for a "financial matter." I am guessing he is collection agency. He gave 866-274-2358 a the number to call him back. His rude, insistent manner is definately that of collection agency.
