Free Cruise scam

Picked up at third ring and just listened. "Dead Air" of a robocall on the other end. It disconnected after about 15 seconds. Yes****ay got a similar call on a cell from ***-934-7469. Suspect they are related, but have no idean (and can find no info online) as to why they are calling, who they are or what SCAM they are running with these calls.
