I got a call from them as well. The guy's name is Adrian Walker. He said that I owe them money, but he cannot mail anything. Then he asked me to resolve the matter. He ***g up on me and when I called back requesting do***entation he s****ed yelling at me. I ***g up and he kept calling yelling at me.

Said so****ing is wrong with my SSN that they need to contact the local courts. Very strong foreign accent.

Got a call from a guy named Steven Johnson saying there is so****ing wrong with my social security number and that they have to report is to the local courts. I have had payday loans in the past but they are all paid off. He said he was sending so****ing to my home and my work.

This guy called my job and claimed I had a payday loan from November 2009. I've had no payday loans.  He gets my coworker and said it was a legal investigation and I call him back and he tells me I got a payday loan for $250 but they are suing me for $3000.  I asked for the proof he couldn't provide it. I told him never to call my job a***n he ***g up.  I called back and he said he would call my manager and tell him, I told him I would sue him and send the proof to my home. This is a scam!!!  He said he was calling from Credit Inquiry Litigation in MA.  Doesn't exist

This phone number called my work and asked for another employee.  The name of the caller was "Daniel ***ter" although he had a thick foreign accent.  Obviously not his real name.  He threatned our employee to come arrest her for an investigation if she didn't contact him back.  Gave the company name as CIR Headquarters.  Its either some collector or a scam of some sort.

It is definately a scam, they call me and harrass me at home, at work, I have filed several police reports and was told that I could sue them for all the harrassing calls I am getting.  You should do the same.

the called my job, left a message on my bosses answering ma****e, said it was fradulant activity going on, a few minutes later i got fired. what can i do? The guy that called said he was from central intelagence agency, I called some guy answer the phone i could'nt understand a word he was saying. i ask to speak with someone that spoke english, he would not let me. what can i do?

It was CIL, they are attempting to get money from me about a Payday Loan.. the bad thing is i have two of them and they are in good standing. I was glad i didn't give them all the information they wanted from me after reading the posts on here.  Thank you all.
