My dad fell and Life Alert wanted to notify me that EMS was called to the home.
No message left, they called at 4 am and woke my husband And I up.
Message was from a service called LifeLine where a user presses a button that calls emergency services.
Did not pick up.
This was not a spam call. It is an emergency service that is legitimate. I was contacted appropriately.
Called me at 7:10AM. Left no message. No I.D.
