Called on Sunday 11/13/22 No recording, no anything...just blank.

Call stated I was being sue by the IRS...Its a scam....

Threatened me with jail time and penalties if I didn't contact them right away to pay my back taxes.

Same as others- recording saying IRS is "filing lawsuit"- just like that, not filing A lawsuit- so clearly a non-native English speaker recorded or wrote the call.

Irs filing a lawsuit

Claims to be IRS and states IRS is filing a lawsuit. All IRS notices are by mail not by phone. Definately a scam.

Left a message stating they are from the IRS and are suing my family-yea right!

They called me twice and I returned the call on the second day. I knew instantly that it was a scam whey the "IRS" picked up the phone... IMMEDIATELY!
