I didn't answer. When I called back the call didn't go through

There has to be a way for those being abused to have due process.

I received a call and a recorded message advised me that everything was alright with my credit acccount. But, I could lower my interest rate by . . . I didn't listen to the rest of the message and ***g up!

lot's of back ground noise and then some call center jargon about saving me money on interest rates.

Answered and no one there. Dipsh*t.
