Calls and ****s up

Computer voice said she was "Jennifer from ISSI". I have no idea who/what they are.

I answered this call thinking it might be a cousin who lives in the 509 area code.  A computer voice said she was "Jennifer from ISSI and wanted to ask me a few quick questions.  I ***g up.

Phone rang 5 times, I picked it up said "hello" no one was there. Thursday night @ 5:40pm  10/1/09.  No message was left.

Another computer dialed call with ***ody on the other end.

I received this call and answered it.  It is a computer with a female voice from so****ing called ISSI and they're conducting a study on same *** marriages, this NOvember's ballot, and if I will vote to approve or reject same *** marriages, and if there are some convincing arguments or not and having to do with referendum 71.
