Claims to have a case open for unpaid taxes and a warrant out for my arrest

claimed to be the Dept of Treasury - threatening to arrest.

Number claims to be Department of the Treasury, threatening arrest if ignored. They were taken back when I asked for their agent number as if it were personal information. They asked me to apologize and threatened me again.
