The earlier reported complaint here that Maribel Sanchez and Peggy Star/Peggy Scott might be one and the same person is hereby retracted. An apology is hereby extended to Maribel Sanchez for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Updating an earlier post here, the telephone number, 509-699-0091,is known to me to belong a Peggy Star (not Peggy Starr as earlier misspelled). I have spoken to Peggy Star on at least a half dozen occasions from 509-699-0091. She is revealed on PeopleFinders to have an apparent list of AKAs that include: Peggy D. Dyk Peggy Denise Scott Peggy Star Maribel Sanchez They are connected by much of the same information, which you can prove easily enough by conducting your own search. PeopleSmart reveals a reverse telephone search for 509-699-0091 as belonging to a Maribel Sanchez, Brewster, Wa, but with a P.O. Box in Chelan, Wa. At least one lawsuit and possibly two are being filed a***nst Peggy Star and David William Allender. A physical address for them cannot be found and therefore we have been unable to service them with a summons. There are 15 addresses for him on the Internet and as many as 26 for the various Peggy Scotts. He, she or they do business under a company "ADI" (Awesome's Diversified, Inc.) We don't know which one of them is "Awesome". ADI absconded with software built-to-order for them, paying only 2 of 3 payments. Then even 1 of those 2 payments had to be remunerated (this is being done monthly to PayPal). You are well-advised to consider having an iron-clad contract drawn up by an attorney before entering into business with either of these two individuals, at least that is my advise after the experience we suffered. You are also advised to determine who Peggy Star really and make sure any contract bears her real name, not an AKA, unless it is duly registered with the state of Washington. Even then, I would make her so declare it because the very idea of having AKAs makes for an uncomfortable s****ing place. You show the above telephone number registered to a Maribel Sanchez (your records, not mine). The person calling us for months on end (Apr 2010 through November 2010) presented herself as one, PEGGY STARR. She, along with another gentleman DAVID ALLENDER, proceeded to hire our company to do $10k of programming. They (one or the other or both) then closed their server to us after we uploaded the customized software and also filed disputes to have 2 of their 3 payments remunerated (the third payment was of course never received). We did 3 exhaustive months of work on the customization, only to have one or both (we can't know at this point) abscond with both the customized software and payment (we are having to remunerate PayPal monthly for the approximately $5k he/she/they did pay and then took back in the form of disputes). We cannot find physical addresses for either of them to file a lawsuit. He uses UPS store addresses and fake business addresses (like Tosta Caffee in Tacoma, WA) as the physical address of his/her/their business, so****ing called ADI (Awesomes Diversified Inc). You are well advised to keep your distance from these two and from this company. They are shysters who stay under the radar (no physical addresses) for a reason. We are happy to at least learn her name is actually Maribel Sanchez and hope that Ms. Sanchez didn't just recently get this (509-699-0091). A well-spent $9.95 ! Thank you. Input 3673
