repeatedly calls at all hours of the night

A lady called from tech support at "my pc care" wanting to tell me why my computer was being slow and how she could fix it for me. They shouldn't know anything about my computer so I smelled a scam. I checked the number and the site and I was right. Don't give them any info.

The person who called had a definite Hispanic accent and asked if I had a slow computer or trouble with my computer. Even though I am a computer professional I wanted to hear what he had to offer and see if I could learn so****ing new. He proceeded to explain to me how the slowness of my pc was caused by infection and in order for him to explain it further, he wanted "to show me" on my computer how I could be helped. When I told him that I felt uncomfortable with him accessing my computer remotely to "show" me he kept repeating that this was a necessary step. When I suggested that he just explain to me what the actual solution would look like to "fix" my computer, I ***g up on me. Perplexing to me was that he used a local phone number from Wenatchee. I tried to track down to who this phone number belongs but was unsucessful. Anyways, looks like another scam artist who is trying to get to your computer. I fear the older people that might not be able to tell the difference.

someone from 509-885-9375 called me. that is all that shows on caller id.he said he was calling for credit card companies (gave several credit card company names) & my visa account stating with the number 4 was eligible for a lower interest rate. he offered to lower my interest rate to 6.99%. he then asked for the full credit card # on my account.of course i would not tell him anything. i just kept asking him questions about my account. he got very frustrated. i ***g up on himi called the number back several times and it says all circutes busy at this time.i called my credit card company and reported it, called the police and reported it.BEWARE DID U KNOW THAT ALL VISA CARDS S**** WITH THE NUMBER 4. IT IS A 50/50 CHANCE THEY KNOW THIS ALSO.NEVER GIVE OUT INFORMATION TO ANYONE WHO SAYS IT IS A BANK THAT IS CALLING YOU. GET AS MUCH INFO FROM THE CALLER AS YOU CAN. THEN ALWAYS CALL THE NUMBER ON THE BACK OF YOUR CARD TO VERIFY INFO.

last name of person calling is Reyes sounds like a Hispanic guy cant remember first name called twice never did catch what he wanted lol called me at the wrong time lol but called from 818-338-2278 first call then this 509-885-9375 its a eastern wa. number either e.wenatchee or wenatchee im not sure 885 may be a cell prefix tried to call 509 number back several times and got "all circuits are buisy now" after every attempt, and the guy is kinda a smarta***so ????
