Many of the managers at World Marketing Alliance took advantage of their new recruits.  This company was a network marketing company, and many recruits were asked to bring guests into the office one night a week to introduce their products and services.  They were also recruited to work in the company.  Naturally there was no base salary or benenfits.  This company opperated on the premis that you earn points.  Well points don't pay the bills.  These managers wanted leads to sell financial services so they s****ed out with mortgages.  Employees were asked to talk to anyone that they knew and get mortgage applications for the company. Later these recruits were told that their mortgage applications for their clients were being processed and they would be paid 2 to 4K in commissions.  In many instances Dean Whitman would lie to his recruits and tell them that they had a commission check for 2K on the way, and to continue to generate leads.  He did not provide any training on mortgages or anything else.  His intent was to use these leads for his own benefit, and keep the recuits at a level where he would benefit and they wouldn't.  Later he would call the clients and talk to them about making investments in mutual funds and other investments.  All of their finanacial information was listed on the application so that he could determine if they were a viable lead to do business with.  Many of these clients were told that they had to invest in a mutual fund in order to get the mortgage.  As a result, these people were offended and they not interested in the mortgage.  As the weeks went by, we all thought that we had commissions comming in.  As you can guess, many of the people that worked hard to generate leads, left the company, not only because they were lied to, but also because they had to find another way to pay their bills.  All of the leads that were left behind were used buy licenced financial consultants to make a profit.  When recruits discovered what was going on, the managers cleaned out all of the mortgage applications out of our files so that we would not be able to call our other clients to find out what was going on with their mortgage application.  The recruits either got nothing out of it, or very little for their effort. They were never paid for their time, and essentially walked away with nothing.  Dean Whitman is not a business leader or Christian gentleman.  He takes advantage of everyone in his path.  Do not do business with this man.

Dean WhitmanSpokane, WAWorks for companies under different names:Alexander, IncWorld Marketing AllianceWorld Financial GroupTimothy Plan Mutual FundPacific West InvestmentI was reading an article on the internet that Dean Whitman  wrote, involving investment companies that invest in abortion and ****ography.  Dean takes a very m**** stance on the issue and claims that he screens investment companies, for the client, to make sure that their investments, are with companies that share the same values as the clients.  I wonder why Dean is so concerned about the sins of abortion and ****ography.  First of all, abortion was made necessary due to the fact that there are so many men that deceive women into ***ual relations, with the promise of marriage or they simply take advantage of young women who obviously didn't have a good relationship with their ***her.  Either because she came from a family of divorce, or her ***her was abusive.  Young women like this don't have the guidance of a ***her under these cir***stances, and if they do, it may be the wrong guidance.  These young women****ociate *** with love if they don't have a ***her to tell them the difference.It is suggested that god gave man domain over their families and the earth.  Have you watched the news lately?  How well have you done so far?  Men manipulate and lie in business relationships as well as they lie to women to get what they want, and the end result in one case is pregnancy.  Men have walked away from their responsibilities for centuries, and children are left behind to deal with the consequences.  Bas****d is not a pretty name.  Coming into the world this way destroys lives for generations.  Yet we blame the women for everthing, and ****** harsh judgement on their shoulders.  Seldom is there any judgement of the men, who decided that all he had to do was get a girl pregnant, and he could call himself a man.  Men have destroyed the lives of innocent women for decades.  It didn't take much in the victorian age.  Then, a woman was required to have a family member nearby, when she was courting.  If she didn't, the word got around that she was loose and easy.  Men have also used the ****ond of spreading****ors, to damage a woman's reputation, even if she didn't know the man spreading lies..  That is all it took, and still does.  If a man can't get what he wants, he simply pretends that he had s*x with her, and her reputation is damaged just the same.  Just because he wants to feel important.  Is this behavior m****?  No !  But no one seems to want to talk about the root of the problem.  Dean also complains about the impact of the ( *** in the City) show on young women.  I will admit, it does examine the many problems that women run into in relationships, and the process of discovery on many different levels.  And it may encourage women to get involved in illicit relationships and experiment, opposed to becoming emotionally attached.  Isn't that what men have done for ages, before and after they were married.  Women were called all sorts of nasty names in the past, if they had s*x out of wed lock.  Men however, were put on a pedastal.  Dean like so many men out there are fanatical about their double standards.  Women are simply not allowed to do what men do.  Don't get me wrong, I don't countenance the life style of " S*x in the City", and that is why I don't watch the show.  However,  I hate to tell you this Dean, but you really need to catch up with the times, women have abortions as a result of these double standards.  Men have ruined women's lives through nature for ages.  Now that women can have an abortion, it allows women to take back control of their lives.  Maybe that is what men really hate about abortion.As far as the ****ograpy is concerned, it is just another way to exploit women, and men have  done so for centuries.  What does all of this lead up to..............s*x, desire, and greed.  You want to help your clients to screen these companies, so that you can make a profit, but who is to say that your screening efforts are nothing more than  a distraction, to keep people thinking that you are a honest financial advisor.  Where do you get your source of information?  How do we know if you are not just making all of this up, so that you can make a profit.Men **** after women and some of them even **** for children.  Men have enjoyed these sins for centuries, destroying lives, while their fellow men patted them on the back for the deed well done, and women and children were left behind.  Some of those men are Christian men.  As a result of these unwanted pregnancies and ****phile behavior, lives are destroyed.  If you really care about these issues, I suggest that you go to the root to the  problem, instead of blaming women.  We always blame women.  Why?  They are the easiest target, and sometimes jealous women blame women.   When men blame women, it is just easier.  . They don't have to look at their own faults.  Men who respect women, are not concerned about these issues, because they know in thier hearts why our culture is c****ing.  Cowards abuse and blame women.  Leaders go to the root of the problem in their community, and they teach the men in the church to be the leaders and good ***hers.  Leaders also teach men to respect women in the work place.   They teach their son's not to take advantage, and their daughters to respect themselves.  We are a ***herless nation!  Men need to show through example, respect for women and children, instead they just talk about it.  You just want to judge women in unfortunate cir***stances, with out any thought as to how they got there.  It all begins with the ***her.   In the " Code of Ethics" it states that if a man does not respect women and children, he is an abomination to the world.  Most of the problems that we have in the world today, are a direct result of  men not respecting women and children.  When a daughter sees her ***her looking women over, in public places and making crude comments like " What a rack", or judging women because they are over weight, what kind of message does that send.  These men are showing their daughter's what is really important to men.   Therefore they grow up in a culture that accepts this behavior, and young girls think this is the way it is. Well that is the way it is.  Spokane alone is filled with men who think this way.  There are men who sleep with 20 or 30 woman a year, and then you have Christian men who control their wives through religion, and then you have the Christian business man who lives a double life.  Women are accepted and valued for their looks and become objects.  When son's see their ***hers behave this way, and they tell their son's that there is one kind of woman or girl that he should sow his oats with, before he marries, and another kind of woman that he should marry.  This gives the impression that double standards are a way of life for men. Why?  Because men like double standards.  Men can do what ever they want, and if their wife doesn't like it, tough.  Men also pay the bills. If a woman is living in a city where the job market is good, and she feels that she can even the playing field by having her own income, the at***ude is different.  Sad to say, but money does buy respect. It wasn't until the 1990s that the church finally stood up for women.  For the most part, if a man abused his wife, the church told the wife to forgive and go back to her husband.  Why?  Because men also gave part of their income to the church.  They were the primary breadwinners.  The church didn't want to bite the hand that fed the church, even if a woman was being brutally beaten. They didn't care!  Is this m**** ?  This is greed !    A question was raised in the 1970s.  If a woman is married, and her husband forces himself on her, is that ****?  Why do we have to ask if this is ****?  It is ****, plain and simple, but the church didn't consider it to be so.   It was only after women s****ed working in greater numbers, that the church c****ed their m**** compass on these issues.  The way women live their lives has had a huge impact on our communities.  Some of those c****es are good and some bad.  Abortion would not be necessary if men respected women, take responsibility, and ***hers taught through example.   ****ography would not be necessary if men didn't create the demand.  Pros***ution wouldn't be the oldest profession, if men didn't create the demand.  That is why Jesus said " Who a**** you, that is without sin, cast the first stone".  He more than likely observed the men in the crowd first.  He knew that there were men in the crowd that laid with Mary, and yet they also wanted to stone her to *****. It was easier than facing their own faults. Women have been blamed for the sins of man since,  Adam and Eve.  The bible claims that Eve gave Adam the forbidden fruit.  An apple?  Doctors say an apple a day keeps the doctor away.  People eat apples every day.  If it was forbidden, why didn't god put poison in the apple.  No one would eat fruit that is poisonous.  I say, if men will lie, to destroy a woman's reputation, or lie to get ***, man can lie and put stories in the bible to tarnish the image of all woman kind.  It is said that *** is original sin, but it is mans weakness that has caused all these other sins to become a part of the world that we live in today.  Women who work in ****, are also women who grew up wat****g men in their families set bad examples, and so they just think, this is the way it is, because they didn't know any better.  When a group of women who work in ****, were intereviewed by a news magazine show reporter, they were asked, what do you think these men really think of you?  One of the **** stars said," There are thousands of guys that tell me that I am beautiful, but none of them really gives a dam about me, or what happens to me.  I am just an object"  Another **** star was standing behind a booth at a **** convention, with her parents.  She was asked why she was working in ****.  They asked her if she wanted to go to college.  You should have heard the remarks that she made, and her parents backed her up.  She needed the easy money and her lazy........good for nothing ***her....... needed the money, and he thought it would be a good way to make money while she can, and create financial security for the family.  Isn't that his job?    Men created the demand for this type of entertainment, and then they turn around and judge women who provide it.  Why, because it always reminds these men of their own weakness, and they don't like that.  It is just easier to point the finger, because it is too much work to c****e the way they behave. I don't know if there is any way that anyone can do the kind of screening that Dean is talking about, or if  it is  even necessary, but if he is really concerned about these issues, he should lead through example by treating women in the workplace with respect, and demand that other men do the same.  The chruch is also a***nst divorce, but his wife of many years divorced Dean.  I have met this guy in my business dealings and he doesn't respect women, so I'm guessing that he didn't respect his exwife, and maybe he doesn't respect his current wife.  In fact, he took a strong interest in many of the younger more attractive women, before he married a***n.  He is very focused on work, and often takes advantage of the people that he works with.  If you don't comply, he can be very  malicious and ruthless.  As far as Dean's company is concerned.  His company used to go by the name, World Marketing Alliance.  Before that it was called Alexander Inc.  That wouldn't be named after Alexander the Great would it?  Then the name was c****ed to, World Financial Group.  In the article that Dean wrote he mentions that he is offering a screening service through Timothy Plan Mutual Fund Group.  When you call Dean's number, he calls his company Pacific West Investments.  If you google World Marketing Alliance you will notice that they were fined 100K for not being in compliance.  Then a few years later they were fined another 125K for not training their agents properly, and misinformation. There were ***dreds of complaints about customer service.   In 2001 their****ets were purchased by Agon.  My point being?  I think you know where I am going with this.  When a company c****es their name several times, it is to avoid all the bad press. Also, when this company offers mortgage loans, they always seem to choose mortgage companies with questionable business practices.  One of the mortgage companies that they worked with was sued by the Attourney General, and now they are out of business.  So if you are thinking about investing with this company, I would reconsider, and do more research. In fact, I would check on several businesses in Spokane.  The economy in Spokane is horrible, and there are a lot of desperate people out there.  I personally would not invest or trust a man like Dean Whitman.  I have seen this guy in action, and believe me, he is not concerned about you or your financial security, anymore than he is concerned about ****.
