threats for jail time. very harrasing

I ask for do***ents and he said I had to pay the money first but will only accept credit card no checks or money orders.

Same threatening calls to my workplace...explained to called that I have filed Chapter 7 bankruptcy and act as if he doesnt understand what i'm saying....

I really wish someone would shove a Glock up these peoples ... and pull the trigger. It is getting very old these ****s calling. I have listings of the different numbers the caller ID says they are calling from.They threaten to file a warrent for my arrest and my 2 references. They say they will call my work. Good for them, I'm on disability and they can't touch me in court, and my last employer is out of busliness.I talked to an attorney and she told me the scammers are in India and have hacked into some LAN systems and stolen files.I get a call about every 10-15 days from them. What they don't realize I have recordings of some of their calls and if given the chance, will play them in court. I can think of at least 6 laws broken, not to mention the Patriot Act for those threats.

Same thing has happened to me. I'm so glad for this online forum because now I know not to respond to these people.  As I have taken out payday loans in the past the scar tactic is very effective because I thought maybe I did take out the loan and just forgot to pay it back.  I hope this people are found and locked up very soon.

Yes, I had the same thing, They call me yes****ay from the # 1 510 214 8903 and they toldme exactly the same thing, that if I dont response by thursday, they will send the police and arrest me. the 510 area code is coming from FREMONT CALIFORNIA and I am trying to locate this #,,, my advise to all the victims  DONOT ANSWER this SCAM...

Anyone have an address for these scammers?  I have quite a few numbers for them now.510-214-8903510-991-1004510-***-3040All from a Jack (rofl, this guy is more ****** than a Jack) Martin claiming the same thing.  Funny how I have credit monitoring active and nothing's been posted recently.  They keep saying fraud on a pay day loan that I've never had.  Warning to all, don't fill out an application for a payday loan online, as this is the only place they could have ever gotten any of this information.  True proof that payday loans just aren't worth the hassle.  Glad I did not go through with getting one.  It's going to be fun making these****hats uncomfortable when I do find a company name and address for them as I do have a retained attorney ready to drop every FTC **** they can on them.

Yes, they are definitely scam artists.   I called them back just for the fun of it and when I told them that I knew they were scam artists they ***g up on me.  I tried calling back immediately after that but they refused to answer.  I just hope there aren't people dumb enough to fall for these scare tactics.

Yes, this is a scam have had calls saying a law suit has been filed a***nst my name and SS#. False have checked nothing exists. I have researched this number and two others the same person calling saying he is Andrew Watson, from United Nations Law Firm. There have been many complaints, the problem is they are in call center in India. After awhile of  YOU not answering they get fed and try more scare tatics and say if you do not call back they will send the police the next day to arrest you. They have told me this four times. Do not answer!!!!!!!!!!!!!

SCAM ARTIST-threatening to take you to court if you dont call back and they wish you luck as to what will happen to you if you don't. I've had these kind of calls since August and they still havent done anything. They get your personal info on the computer hacking and try the scare tactic for you to send them money not owed. BEWARE! Thank GOD for caller id, let them go to voicemail now.

who are they that is calling me on the phone and can understand a word they sound like they are eating the the phone when they call.
