how do i report this number

i paid allen smith more than 2000$,n now i found that they r fraud scams,they r calling from some were else not from america,how should i get my money back,can someone tell me that.

I have been receiving numerous calls from this number.  When I ask for do***entation they refuse to send me anything. Their accent is so thick you can't understand a word they say.  Last week when I ***g up on them, the guy called back, said he was gonna come **** me, "F" me and beat me!  I immediately called my local police department and filed a complaint.

Be aware of this number! They are scam artists. I answered the phone out of curiousity today. I spoke to a Ryan Smith who claimed to be an attorney. During the conversation, he often had me hold for no more 30 seconds while he "spoke to his attorney". What an idiot! After the conversation, he told me what we discussed was recorded. If I am not mistakened that is suppose to be said before hand! These people need to be stopped! They are very harassing and call my personal phone and as well as work phone several times a day.

I received a call from Jessica Vincent at this number and many others called with varying numbers claiming I owed a payday loan from Advance Payday.  They were foreign they threatened .  Please report to FTC, FBI and Consumer Credit.

I keep getting phone calls that give this number as a call back...I've looked on google and apparently this is a huge scam, evil and crooked, and very persistent...I want them to not just stop bothering me, but to pay for trying to swindle money from countless people...w***ver they are, THEY ARE EVIL AND MUST BE STOPPED...selecting Collection Agency because Tele-********* is not an option...o, and they threated me by saying that they 'wish you goodluck as devastation unfolds on you' ! ***, they just called a***n MAKE THIS STOP!

I receive a call from Jessica Smith on this number and called me to all my numbers (Work, Work Cell and Personal Phone). How to stop this? I called the Payday advance and confirmed that my name is not on their file. Please let us know how to stop this.

I recieved a phone call by this number, a kid with fake accent maybe calling from ****stan or iraq, telling me to pay the loan back which i never got it, i mean its freak! i think this should be stopped! they're so unproffesional. please help.

My message was received from this number on 03/17/2011 was the same as all others who have received a call.  It was from a Ryan Smith.  It is obvious from the dialect and sound of his voice that there is absolutely no way that this person's name is Ryan Smith. I have also received a call from 646-657-3057 and 951-215-4155.  This needs to stop.  I am looking into how (if at all possible) can I sue the company that allows this to go on.  This is harrassment....

I received a call at my place of employment from a Greg Martinez claiming to be from Bureau of Investigations and that there was a lawsuit a***nst from Advance Payday Plus. I kindly informed him that I did not owe this company any money. I told him my lawyer would contact him and ***g up on him
