Why are you people giving out credit card numbers to people who randomly call you at your home? You're part of the problem. You people are the reason these crooks exist. Don't ever, EVER give any personal information over the phone, over the Internet or even face to face.I'm amazed at the level of ignorance.

This happened to me, too. I was charged $11.89 by Croll****ociates on 12/29/08. I called my credit card company and they reversed the charge. I also have a charge of $7.20 by GETNEWITEMS (888-219-5123) on 12/15/08. I've told my card company about this.

I had a charge of 12.79. Called bank, canceled card. Who are they, how did they get my card #?

Charge appeared for $11.89 on my account for CROLL****OCIATES with this phone number as the reference.  Bank has to cancel my card and dispute the charge.

I got a c****e on my account.
