Hi there, I got a call from the same company to my job. They said if I did not have the money by tomorrow morning that I would be arrested as well. They harrassed me so bad until I spoke with my girlfriend. She made me get online to check them out. I came across this website. I could not believe this scam. I will be calling the Attorney General and local sheriff tomorrow morning.

Yup...I got the same thing...I have an attorney who deals with collectors like this and if I can get a company and an address I can file suit a***nst them so if anyone gets that please post it.

SCAM - beware!!!! Claim to be from CashNet of America or National Processing. Say that you have committed many crimes, because you borrowed money from an online payday loan and didn't pay it back. If you don't MoneyGram them the money by 10p.m. tonight (self-surrender), you will be arrested tomorrow morning. Called CashNetUSA.com and local Sheriff Office, was told by both that it is a scam and do not take their calls or pay them any money.Be careful if you have used online payday loans, they may have your info. The phone # being used is not legit!---------Detective Davenport or Investigator Wineburg (of National Processing Cashnet), if you read this, get a real job!
