When this man called and left a message i could not understand a word he said .On my phone is how i got the number and when i called back said there was no such number.

Some guy with a very thick accent that I too couldn't understand told my I was being investigated for fraud.

Some guy keeps calling me from this number, telling me that I owe money on a loan. When I ask from what loan company, he tells me he does not have that information, but that I still need to pay the money/loan to him with a bank card, debit card. He then tells me that Western Union is not working so the only way to pay is through him. Says his company name is united Bureau Investigations.

I received a call from this number on my cell and they spoke with such a heavy accent that I could not understand a single word they said.  I've been scammed severely in the past so I'm****uming that this is what is happening yet a***n.
