I received the same message as all the above with the $299.00 charge and that my credit card had expired. Only the phone number was different. (918) 296-8616. I don't have an account with them.

Will send an email saying they have charged your "Account"

SCAM MESSAGE: "We thank you for completing one year with Windows Geek Squad team. We have charged $299.99 for the next 12 months subscription. Thank you Donald Williams Account Manager Helpline no +1 510 474 0588 Windows Geek Squad Team 1307 East Geffer-son Lane , Suite 301 Los Angeles, CA, USA 90091"

Received by email. They said thanks for being a one year customer & they are charging me $299.99 for the next year. " Please connect us on 1-510 747 0588 within 24 hours." That phrase tells you they are phishing for info. Another clue is the address. Just Google it.

E mail said that they took $299.99 from my bank acct.
