This number is unknown to me. Did not answer

Also just received this call and from the looks of the other posts, its probably a cell phone service pinging phone numbers to find out which ones are available for use.  don't bother calling back.

Just got the same call. I called back and I got the same thing...Hey Cosmo..." I did get to a menu that let's you hear the missed message from your misses call, or so they say. It was a recordin from a Track (or so****ing like that) selling their cell phone service. It also gives you the option to have a text message to your phone telling you about how you can save money by buying the phone at Walmart.

I got a call from this number 2:50 PM on 9/25/10 Since I know people from Oa****d, CA (That's what my caller ID says the call was from) I called back and an answering ma****e picked up for so****ing called Hey Cosmo, or at lest that is was it sounded like/made out of it.

Called me, phone rang like twice, left no message.I called back and got some automated message. So****ing about Cosmo? I got weirded out when it said so****ing about 'retrieving record' and then **** up.

Cell Phone barely rang 1/2 a ring but left this 510-686-4991 number ..just before 6pm It's from San Francico area

Same thing 8:12 AM Eastern. One Ring; no message.
