Unsolicited fax from tommy's No number to fax back to

Telemarketer Fax. These idiots have no clue what they are doing. When i read the so called fax, which we never asked for, i was shocked at the way it was typed. There were misspelings and run-on sentences. IF anyone so as to think of considering using this company, you'd better think twice.

Fax. Never heard of this place. No reason to receive this fax at hospital.
