Some how these people are hacking into loan company systems OR buying the information OR they have someone on the inside filtering information to them. I got a call from them and so did my bestie. I called them back and asked if they were a telelmarketing company and who they were. They just kept asking me how they could help me and eventually ***g up on me.So****ing should be able to be done to stop them.

i get what ur saying. its a headache. they call from different area codes. i found out that they are using magicjack and piggybacking off others internet. thats where all the diferent areacodes come from. notice they all have american names but cant speak clear english. i wish i can catch them.

This Phillip Hay or Mays called me 21 times at my job!!! Told him several times to not CALL MY JOB  and said he will continue to do so and said he didn't have my cell #. I checked my cell and he had called 11 times and left 4 messages!!!. This American Legal Services is a SCAM!!! 510-725-4008 HAS BEEN REPORTED TO FTC IN CA. and I will report to ATTORNEY GENERAL. I told this idiot I am reporting him to the FTC. I got no info from this Phillip Benton his name on my voicemail stating he needs to speak to my attorney or me regarding a urgent matter. I WILL GET U

I just recieved a call from these people. He told me that I had criminal charges pending a***nst me for check and bank fraud, asking me for my lawyer's number. I immediately looked their number up online. These people called me at wor**** I told him that I see online where they had been reported to the BBB and not to call my job a***n. They ***g up...

I got the same call I got sick of it and called the attorney generals office in your state

I receive the same message  f my job 3/17/11 caller identified himself as Sam Nicolas and then transfered me to someone by the name of Davie Jones, The only Davie Jones I know was from the 60's Group the MONKEYS...This outfit is some tip of scam. he insisted that I had a payday loan that I did not pay back and that there was a pending law suite with my social security number  I have never taken out a payday loan So I know this is somesort of fraude.  He also contacted my relatives and indicated the same thing  I want this to end..I have contacted my Local Police , to which i have filed a complaint and demand a cease and desist order a***nst these animals.  I contacted the Loan Company they mentond CASH ADVANCE USA @877 817 8791 and there office is aware, and have also filed a complaint. The Police is investigating and they have been in contacted.  I plan to call the State Bar and file a Complaint a***nst this DAVIE JONES.....THIS IS FRAUDE.

I also just received a call from Thomas from 510-725-4008 telling me I was in a civil action lawsuit for taking a cash advance and not paying it back. They had my name and my bank info.He said they were pressing grand theft and grand larceny charges a***nst me unless I paid them immediatley. I told home I had never taken a cash advance he s****ed yelling at me in his broken accent and ***g up on me. They have called me several times. I called my local police dept. and filed a report and I am calling the FBI as well. These criminls need to be arrested and thrown inprison for a long time.

today "paul"called my job several times asking for me each time i told him that i didnt know what this was about and that he is to not call my job a***n he continued to call 6-7 more times until the manager of my co got on the ph they advised not to call the office i wrk in a***n the man "paul" told my manager that he will call back 100 times until i get on the ph and give my lawyers info there is no way to stop them..them f***ing middle eastern sandbugs won't go away!!!

Someone from this 510-725-4008 keeps calling and calling about some debt collection and asking for a person that does not live here. Every time I get the call I told them to stop calling and they just keep doing it. I called back and they ***g up on me. Is this some sort of scam

I received 3 calls from the number.  He identified himself as Thomas Cook and told me there was a law suit a***nst my name and SSN.  I reported it to the BBB and to the FTC
