thay call me to and when i ask them for the add thay gave me a l.a add so i am going to call to popo. i need help to so get at me an tell me what i can do about this

Ok - got about 15 calls in 5 minutes yes****ay.  Same thing, thick Indian accent giving me the same story.  At first I yelled and swore at him and he he yelled back and swore at me.  Kept calling.  Then began talking ***** to me so I s****ed to laugh.  He suddenly got very quiet.Then he ***g up.  He CALLED ME BACK!!  I answered because now I was amused.  I told him I knew this was a scam and he was committing fraud, at least here in the US.  I told him was not getting any of my money so just leave me alone.  He actually apologized to me and ***g up. HE CALLED A***N!!  Told me he was sorry if he offended me and God bless me.  I told him I was sorry for swearing and yelling at him.  He said thank you and ***g up.  HE CALLED A***N!!  - this is the kicker of the story.  These poor people get paid about a penny for every call they make and they keep talking!!  He was very sad and apologized a***n when he called and asked if he could call me a***n tomorrow. - Ok, I may be a ****er but I told him to go ahead.  So some *** ******* is making all the money off the scam while these poor people are just trying to feel their families.  If anything happens today, I'll let you know!

MY CALLERS NAME IS JOHN SMITH AND HAS A HEAVY ACCENT. HE KEEPS CALLING ME LEAVING ME A MESSAGE ON MY CELL PHONE AT 8 IN MRNING WHEN HE IS IN CALIFORNIA. I HAVE ASKED NICELY, NEXT TIME I WONT BE SO NICE. I HAVE BEEN GETTING SCAM CALLS LIKE THIS FOR WELL OVER A YEAR. POOR CREDIT MAKES ME AN EASY TARGET. I SWEAR THIS IS THE SAME PERSON JUST WITH ADIFFERENT NAME AND COMPANY NAME. IF HE CALLS MY HOUSE I AM GOING TO TELL HIM THE CALL IS BEING TRACED AND THE POLICED ARE ON THEIR WAY TO ARREST HIM.

i just recived a message from the company telling me to call 510-725-4075 they adv that they need my lawyers name once i asked who they where they ***g up in my face when i called! this has to be an online scam

I just received plenty of phone calls from this number purporting to have an active lawsuit a***nst me. Fast talkers with*****ounced Indian accents that refused to provide me the name of the company that was suing me. They insisted that an apology letter, with admission of fault and guilt, be faxed to them along with a photocopy of my driver's license as well as Social Security Number within 30 minutes of the end of the phone call.When called back, the person on the phone (by the unlikely name of John Smith) proclaimed that they were not a debt collector office, but instead a legal office for the federal government. Other names involved were Sarah Marshall, Joe Marshall, John Marshall, and Julian Marshall. Phone calls asked to be forwarded to John Marshal were instead directed to Julian Marshall.Initial caller ID reading was 123456789. Second and subsequent caller ID readings were 5107254075.Their biggest mistake? Calling someone whose ***her has a highly vicious attack dog of a lawyer on retainer.

I got the call from this guy as well except his name is Julian Marshall and i also talked to a Sarah Marshall. He explained I was being sued as well for Cash Advance and it was for 845.46 which makes no sense to me. I called back to ask him the name of the place and he s****ed screaming at me. Granted i am not in the best situation and it had me scared I mean almost a grand? But what payday loan place lends a grand to someone! Off the advice of a friend I decided to look up the number and low and behold i'm not the only person that they have done this to.

we need to call the FBI, as my employeer says, they called me at my job as well as my friend, work looked the number up and found it was a scan so they were able to block the number but now they call my house ALL day long.  My job also says we need to contact the Better Business Bureau

I have received several calls (3 calls within 10 minutes) several times a day from these people. Very rude messages, they have c****ed or tend to block number each time they call. They have called from 510-725-4075 & 315-551-5***. The message is always the same (threatening sue to me for a loan that I never received). They call my cell first then call my work, its gotten to the point that we have told them I no longer work there, but they still keep calling. I am taking my phone (voicemail) and my bank records up to my local Police Dept. fraud division.

These people are a joke do not give any personal info to them. They claim they are from a attorneys office and that you owe them cash. Very strong Indian accent. I called them and cust them out I claimed I was from the Army Criminal Investigation Division, they stopped calling for now, they also say they are comimg to my house to arrest me???

I am trying to link this number to a business name please help if you can they called me 65 times in 1 hour and called my job 13 times in one day. I want to report this number to the better business beurea but need to connect it to a business name. ANY HELP would be greatly appreciated...

They just called me too, and I am in the process of reporting them to the Attorney Generals Office... Same story as Lindsay reported. Then when I questioned their credibility, they ***g up on me... REPORT THEM!

Can you tell me what ever happened with this story, I recieved the same call yes****ay and I just flipped out on their a**es. Any input would be nice.

These people have called my work a total of 14 times in less than 1 hour.

I got a call from a person with a very thick Indian accent. He left a message, his name was Mike Anderson and claimed his client was Cash Advance and they were filing a lawsuit a***nst me because I owed this company money with an outstanding amount of 560.23 and what I needed to do to stay out of the court house and I got "transfered" to an Indian lady named "Sarah Mashall"  and then transfered me to the "resolution" department and it was "Mike Anderson" a***n and he threatened me, used my mother and boyfriends name and they knew where I live and they were gonna settle this from my doorstep. They had me going and really upset, they will say anything to scare you and go the full extent to trick you. My boyfriend grabbed my phone and ***g up on them. Haven't reported it to authorities yet because I wasn't sure exactly what to do, but now that I found this site I'm calling the police tomorrow morning.
