I have received several calls from this number - on and off - over a period of several months. I happened to remember this number - telemarketer type calls. I answered in an authorit***** voice saying, "Alameda County Sheriffs Department". I heard some huffing and puffing, then the caller ***g up. So far, no further calls.

It's weird that the number is a local 510 number for me. But it's for capital one sharebulider. They called me asking if I could take a survey. I do have a sharebulider account btw.
