I got a call via my business, i get these calls about once a year. the lady MRS WILSON calls and sounds like you have a complaint for your biz. and then procedes to try to sell you why you need to pay for a BBB certification (I call it pay for "protection" ) they scare you by saying you need this BBB certification just in case you get a complaint . luckily i have been thru this before and know the game or they would try to scam me ....they use the yellow pages to find there victims... the funny thing is if she was with the BBB she is not even in my county.....lot of good that does.

This is nothing more than a comment by a disgruntle employee. Because if this is true, why is that they did not confirm employment here. Are call operation. Nothing more than a ploy to disqualify me.

left message saying in a very lazy voice that it was a Mrs. Wilson from the BBB and left this number ******4-2069. this is a unpublished # from what I can tell and if it was the BBB I would think they would of sounded a little more professional and stated why they were calling. Seems very very fishy to me.
