i have been harassing this towellhead for the past 2 days i recorded it and will post it as a video on youtube under the ***le frank martin as soon as i can edit out my personal info

This ****s they have call be twice today ..Once yes****ay out no where ..talking about I owe a pay day loan and that if I don't pay i will need to go to court and that *** will be repor to my job and I will lose my job and also it would be on my credit report  and so on and so ... How does these people be stop .. I need fools callingh and harressing me

510-972-4922.I got the same situation. When they first called, they were threatening me about court and being arressted. At the end of the message they said may god bless you. These indian caller**** least indian accent) are very rude and do not answer any questions about where the debt is coming from. When I actually agreed to pay, I said that I would send them a money order, but they couldnt give me an address. These people try so hard, but they do not realize the tru leagal procedures about so****ing like this. I put a watch on my social and also have iden***y theft.

I also got a phone call at home and work.  This **** s****ed to tell me to listen here and I told him no to listen to me.  Stop calling me....period.....this is a huge scam........

I repoted them to the BBB and the FCC, the more complaints they receive the better off we will be, I also contacted my wireless company and they are also wat****g all the calls that come in from the numbers that they are using. also please copy this link and file a complaint on this website, I wish you all the luck with dealing with these unruley people.

I just got 2 calls one right after the other.  Both times the same *****ic **** who cannot speak English, left the same message--call back the very second I get the message or I will be in court.  These people need to be sent to the pits of the earth where they can burn in the heat.  They make me sick.  I am a widow on a very small income and I don't need these people stealing my money.  How do we make them stop their harrassment?

I also got a phone call from these people at home on my cell and at work, they also have my ss# home address and work information, This is a disgrace and so****ing needs to be done about these scams.

I got this call to, I got a towel head with a nasty disposition, so I did what any educated american would do, I turned the cards around. I asked him which court house he was filing and after 5 attempts he wouldn't answer me. Then I asked him a question calling him Achmed, achpoo, kalpen, habib, and with every c****e of the name he got more erked. Finally I asked to speak to the comtroller and he claimed that he was busy. I asked him to be transferred to and american and he got ****ed off. I told I would personally show up to the court house if he was showing up with the attorney to slap the towel off his head, he ***g up. The number is a transfer line based in oa****d california, and calls come from call center in india, just make their lives miserable and call them back and flip the cards on them

I received a call from 510-972-4922 stating that they are a Law Firm Investigation so****ing.  I could even understand the message until i listened to it at least 5 time.

Yes, i just got a call from my work no. but my coworker took the message and saying the same message that i have a pending serious matter to deal with the investigation..very heavy accent from different country..not giving any information from their co..its a scam..

I have also received a call from this number. They call me at home which really ****es my boyfriend off. He told them that if shows up at our house he will ***** them. They also call me at work, I finally told my staff to tell them I no longer work there. I looked up some more sights and they said to file a claim at www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov. Apparently there are a number of people calling from different numbers as well. Be careful.

My son answered the call and took a message. Just received a phone call from "Kevin Marshall" heavy inidan accent from 510-972-4922. Stated he was calling from "Oaksville Law Group" Stated my husband was being sued a***nst his SSN and that he needed to call back right away. I know this is a scam because a week ago they called  me threathened me. They all need to placed under the jail. I report every name and number to the Federal Trade Commission.

My wife got the same thing.  What I do is **** them off as well.  I'll have arguments with them and make fun of their foreign accents.  That really riles them up.  Then in the end, I give them a number to thelocal and state police.

this man with a accent has been calling my job for 2 months now.!  Threatening me, saying I owe his company money.  and I will need to go to court.   Total con man and needs to be arrested.  One problem fo myself is he has MY social security number !  I see many complaint reports on this phone number...............................So****ing must be done. I live in NEW YORK , his number is a land line in California.  How many other people SS#  does this low life have?  I looked up the attorney General there. they couldn't help . I will call the police in CA tomorrow. And them  Social Secuirty for my own protection.  I suggest anyonewho has received calls from this" scam" should also call the CA police &  SS office for information.

this loser with an indian or ****stan accent keeps calling my number and my work everytime with a diff name saying he is from a law office. when i asked to speak to the attorney he refuses. i got my sister to call she works for a collection agency and when she asked to speak to a CEO or someone in charge he ****s up. he is really trying the little patience i have left

I also recieved a call from 510-972-4922 on my husbands phone. My husband was told that I needed to call them back in regards to a personal matter, and if I didn't call back I would be taken to court. When I tried to call the number back, there was no ring. Be CAREFUL with what information you give out. After trying to call and not getting a ring, I decided to research the number and Yes it is a bogas scam.

These people are FREAKS.  Cannot speak english and obviously do not understand our judicial system.  They told me I had to go to "a court house" or someone would come to my home and haul me away.  Maybe in his country.  What a sorry life he has to have to listen to rant I gave him.  The FBI and Homeland Security plus the FIC need to TAKE CARE of this.  Amercian Citzens are being threatend over their own phone lines.  This freak even called me at wor****!!!

Received a call from this number...510-972-4922... threatening me with a lawsuit for $5000...foreign accent...obviously a scam...trying tp find out where the call came from & from who
